Do I get root access to the server?
No. We manage the server — installs, updates and its security — and you get the full panel. That is how we keep every switch on a known, working version.
Which gateways does it work with?
Any gateway that speaks SIP. We have tested GoIP, Skyline, Dinstar and Ejoin gateways, where each port can register as its own SIP account or the whole gateway can use one trunk. SIP carriers connect by IP or by registration.
What happens above my plan's limit?
Each plan has a concurrent-call and a calls-per-second limit. Calls above it are refused, and the panel shows them as refused. Moving to a bigger plan is a change on our side, not a new server.
How do I pay?
Monthly, in advance, in USDT. Pay ten months and get twelve. If a payment is more than three days late, the switch is paused until it is paid.
Can I try it first?
Book a demo call and we will walk you through a live panel with sample data, and answer questions about your own setup.
Who answers support?
The engineer who runs Routyx on our own traffic, on Telegram or email, within one business day. Urgent same-day help is available by the hour.
Can a call center use Routyx?
Yes, as the switch behind your dialer. Your dialer (VICIdial or similar) handles agents, queues and pacing; Routyx routes its calls to your carriers, applies your limits and bills per second. Routyx has no agents, queues or IVR of its own. Dialers start many calls per second, so tell us your dialer's rate and we size the plan after a short test. Paid in advance, and the acceptable-use rules apply.
What does "CC" mean in the plans?
Concurrent calls: how many calls can be up at the same moment. It is not the "CC route" quality grade some carriers sell.
Is Routyx the same as StarTrinity?
No. Routyx is a separate product built on Kamailio and Linux. It supports a subset of StarTrinity's CallXML, so many StarTrinity scripts can be moved over with small changes.
